October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Thirty-one days of celebrating people who have made a difference in our journey with breast cancer! 

More than likely, the professional people we nominated will tell you that they were merely doing their job. Family members or friends will be surprised, especially when they comment how frightened they were. There are other people who have inspired us and opened our eyes. Whatever the connection, people going through breast cancer have been helped, coached, encouraged, loved and braced along the way by many remarkable people. Now we celebrate them.
