YWCA ENCORE is a FREE 8 week program combining gentle floor and pool exercises with the support of other women, it is safe, fun and therapeutic. Encore can help you strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders and chest, regain mobility and improve the lymphatic system and your general fitness. Guest speakers will present information on a range of complimentary therapies and programs.
This program is available to all women who have had breast cancer surgery at any time in their lives. Each class is approximately two hours.
