The Moncton Running Room, located at 300 Main Street, Moncton, will be hosting a FREE running/walking clinic for breast cancer survivors that want to participate in the CIBC Run for the Cure on October 5th.
The clinic starts on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 6:00 pm at the store. The 10 week “For Women Only" Learn to Run clinic is structured entirely around women's needs and will give participants a chance to network with other women who have faced similar challenges with their health.
This clinic uses running, walking, stretching and health education to provide the tools for long lasting fitness. It is ideal for women who want to set and attain new fitness goals such as running (or walking) in a 5km event. Seats are limited. Anyone wishing to register for the clinic can do so by coming to the store at 300 Main Street or online at www.runningroom.com.
